Introduction

At For Those Who Love (FTWL), we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Please read our shipping & returns/exchanges policy below to understand the guidelines and procedures:

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds accepted; no returns honoured. We require that customers email us for any problems with merchandise within 7 days of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet the criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@ftwl.shop.

Include the following in your email:

Your order number
Name on the order
Email the order was made with
Your request and, most importantly
A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item or to proof that the item is incorrect

Shipping Policy:

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Cost of shipping will solely be determined by the courier service – J&T Express. It will vary depending on the state or country the shipping address is located in.

CAN I AMEND MY SHIPPING/DELIVERY DETAILS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
We cannot guarantee the amendments will be implemented before the order is shipped out. However, you can email us at info@ftwl.shop and provide us with your order number and new delivery address within 48 hours of purchasing order.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
For Malaysian orders, the shipment time (once handed over to our courier service) would take approximately 3-4 working days. An additional 2-3 working days is required for deliveries to East Malaysia or rural addresses.

Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.
